How to Create Your Wajeeh Carrier Account: Step-by-Step Registration Guide
Creating Your Account on Wajeeh
Getting started with Wajeeh is simple and quick. Follow the steps below to create your account and set up your profile.
Visit the Wajeeh Portal
To begin, click on the “Login” button, then click “Create new account.”
Step 1: Choose Your Business Type
Select your business role:
I’m a Shipper – Looking for trucks
I’m a Carrier – Looking for loads
Both – Operate as both
Click “Create an account” to proceed.
Step 2: Register Your Account
On the registration screen:
Enter your Phone Number (with country code)
Create a Password
Enter Repeat Password
Accept the Terms and Conditions
Click Register
Step 3: Add Personal Details
Complete your personal information:
Full Name
Email Address
Phone Number (auto-filled)
Alternate Phone Number (optional)
Referral Code (optional)
Click Continue.
Step 4: Enter Company Details
Fill in your company information:
Company Name
Brief Description
Upload Company Logo
Address
City
Postal Code
Country
Step 5: Upload Company Documents
Company Registration
Upload registration document
Enter Company Registration Number
Select Expiry Date
VAT Certificate
Upload VAT certificate
Enter VAT Certificate Number
Select Expiry Date
Transport License
Upload transport license document
Enter Transport License Number
Select Expiry Date
Make sure all documents are valid and clearly readable.
Step 6: Add Bank Details
Provide your bank information:
Full Name (as per bank records)
Bank Name
IBAN Number
Step 7: Complete Setup
Review all entered information
Click Get Started
Your Wajeeh account is now ready!
