How to Find and Accept Available Bookings on Wajeeh-Carrier Guide
Carrier-only view: The Load Board is accessible only to carrier accounts. Shippers do not see this screen. Make sure you are logged in with a carrier account before proceeding.
What is the Load Board?
The Load Board is a real-time listing of all shipment bookings available to carriers on the Wajeeh platform. Each card shows the route, truck type, number of trucks, distance, shipper name, pickup date, and total payout. Carriers can browse and filter these listings, then accept individual trips or all trips in a booking at once. If a booking is not a fit, carriers can mark it as Not Interested and provide a reason, which helps the platform improve future matching.
Step 1 — Navigate to the Load Board
Navigation path: Bookings → Find a Booking
In the left navigation panel, locate the Bookings menu under the General section and click it to expand
Click Find a Booking. The Load Board loads, displaying all bookings currently available for your carrier account.
The page header reads Load Board — "Browse and assign bookings for your drivers across the system."
Step 2 — Understand a Booking Card
Each listing is displayed as a booking card. Here is what every element means:
Field | Description |
|---|---|
Date badge | Scheduled pickup date for the booking |
Route | Origin and destination cities in English and Arabic |
Booking ID | Unique reference number (e.g. W1457) assigned to this booking |
Truck type | Vehicle type required — Flatbed, Container, etc. |
No. of trucks | How many trucks are needed to fulfil this booking |
Distance | Approximate kilometres per trip |
Shipper name | The company or individual who posted the booking |
Total payout | Combined amount for all trips, excluding VAT |
Route Preferred | Badge shown when this route matches one of your saved preferred routes |
VIEW DETAILS | Opens the full booking breakdown before you decide |
Step 3 — Filter Available Bookings
The Load Board provides filters at the top of the page to help you find bookings that match your fleet.
Dropdown filters
Filter | What it does |
|---|---|
Truck Type | Filter by vehicle type required (Flatbed, Container, Pallets, Steel, etc.) |
No. of Trucks | Match bookings to the number of trucks available in your fleet |
Job Type | Filter by the nature of the load or job category |
Price Range | Set a minimum and maximum payout to focus on target earnings |
From Location | Show only bookings departing from a specific city or region |
To Location | Show only bookings heading to a specific destination |
Toggle filters
Toggle | What it does |
|---|---|
Port Trips Only | Show only bookings originating or terminating at a port |
Earn More | Highlights bookings with higher-than-average payouts |
Preferred Routes Only | Show only bookings along your saved preferred routes |
Tip: Turn on Preferred Routes Only at the start of each session — any card tagged with Route Preferred is a strong match for your fleet.
Step 4 — View Booking Details
Click VIEW DETAILS on any card to review the full breakdown without committing. The detail panel shows:
Complete cargo description and special handling requirements
Exact pickup date and time per trip
Individual trip IDs and charges
Shipper contact and notes
Container details if applicable
Once satisfied, you can accept from within the detail view or return to the Load Board and accept directly from the card.
Step 5 — Accept a Booking
Click Accept Booking on the card. A modal opens showing all trips included in that booking.
Click Accept All to accept every trip in one action. This is the fastest way to take a multi-truck booking and commits your fleet to all trips simultaneously.
Option B — Individual Trips
Click Individual Trips to switch to selective mode, then:
Tick the checkbox next to each trip ID you want to accept (e.g. W1457A or W1457B)
The Selected counter updates to show how many trips you have chosen (e.g. Selected 1/2)
Click Accept to confirm only the selected trips
Each trip ID corresponds to one truck dispatched. The trip charge shown is the payout per truck, excluding VAT.
Warning: Once you accept a trip it is removed from the Load Board and assigned to your account. Ensure you have an available driver and truck before accepting.
Step 6 — Mark a Booking as Not Interested
If a booking is not a fit, click Not Interested. A modal asks you to specify a reason.
Reason | When to use it |
|---|---|
Low Price | Payout does not meet your minimum rate for this route or truck type |
Occupied | Your trucks are already committed to other trips on that date |
Location not preferred | Origin or destination is outside your operating area |
Can do another day | Available for this route but not on the specified pickup date |
Other | Any reason not covered by the options above |
Always select the most accurate reason — this helps Wajeeh surface better-matched bookings for your fleet in the future.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I accept only some trips in a multi-truck booking? Yes. In the acceptance modal, click Individual Trips and tick only the trip IDs you want. Remaining trips stay on the Load Board for other carriers.
What does "Route Preferred" mean? It means the booking's route matches a route you have saved as preferred in your carrier settings — a strong signal this booking fits your fleet.
Will a booking disappear if I mark it as Not Interested? Yes. Once you submit a reason, that booking is hidden from your Load Board view. It remains available to other carriers on the platform.
What is the difference between Earn More and the Price Range filter? Price Range lets you set a specific min/max payout. Earn More automatically surfaces bookings with above-average payouts without requiring you to specify a range.
What happens after I accept a booking? The booking is assigned to your carrier account and removed from the Load Board. View it under Bookings → Trips to assign a driver and manage the trip.
Can I undo an acceptance? Once accepted, a trip is committed to your account. Contact Wajeeh Customer Support if you need to cancel — cancellation policies and penalties may apply.
